Preconstruction is working with our clients to help with any design, engineering requirements, permitting, and procurement working with the owner step by step so they understand the time lines and avoid issues that can be avoided.

Scheduling and planning

Scheduling is a fine balance of understanding what each phase of the work will take with all of the measures figured to accomplish the work. Our schedules provide a detailed break out of how the project will flow from start to completion. Schedules are provided after proposed budget or proposed cost is accepted by the owner.

Planning the work takes both the Contractor and the Owner and is accomplished during the schedule review prior to the starting the work.
